1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Harbs Farm website and booking system, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Harbs Farm provides halal meat processing services. Our website allows customers to book processing appointments, select cut options, pay deposits, and receive order updates.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By checking the SMS consent box during the booking process, you agree to receive text messages from Harbs Farm at the phone number you provide. This program includes:
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Drop-off and scheduling reminders
- Pickup notifications when your order is ready
- Important updates about your processing order
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive 2-5 messages per booking.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message.

Carriers supported: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you optionally consent to promotional messages, you may receive up to 4 promotional texts per month with special offers and seasonal updates. This consent is separate and not required for service.
4. Bookings and Payments
A deposit is required to confirm your processing appointment. Deposits are processed securely through Square. Final pricing is based on actual hanging weight and selected processing options.
5. Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellation policies and deposit refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
Harbs Farm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
