No, we do not keep hides by default. If you would like your hide returned, please let us know at drop-off. A salting fee may apply.
Whole carcasses hang in our cooler for 14 days to ensure proper aging and tenderness. After 14 days, a $20 daily storage fee applies.
Payment is due upon pickup. We accept cash, check, and credit cards (3% fee may apply). A deposit is not required for booking.
Yes! We offer a variety of smoked products including snack sticks, hot dogs, and hams. Check the 'Extras' section on your cut sheet.
